A Montanan for over 20 years, I have enjoyed living and working in the Paradise Valley, Livingston, Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley.  The seasonal beauty of the mountains and valleys, the opportunities for recreation, the open, caring people and friendly community life fills one with gratitude.

I have been a real estate agent since 1994 and specialize in residential and new construction.  I have also worked in commercial, income investments and recreational properties.  Through my work I have the satisfaction of helping others realize their dream of homeownership and/or achieve a sound real estate investment.

I have always loved real estate and building!  I recall that at the age of six, I was in awe watching the large remodel of our family home take shape.  In my late teens I would pour over the “Strout Catalog”, drooling over acreage and homesteads in rural USA.  Then by the age of twenty-three, I actually owned my first piece of property!  Yes, real estate –homes and land—has been in my blood since I can remember.

Along with my favorite hobbies of gardening, tap dancing, hiking and cross country skiing, I enjoy working with my husband Jim in his custom home construction company, Cherry Homes Inc. (www.montanahomebuilder.com).  This experience affords me a working knowledge and nourishes my passion for home design and construction.  I have furthered my construction knowledge by achieving the designation of a CENTURY 21 New Home Specialist.  You will find me full of ideas for new homes, remodeling, landscaping and even Feng Shui considerations.
